Payment Policy: We require a deposit of $300.00 per person to confirm reservations. Deposit must arrive within 14 days after reservation is confirmed and final balance payable 45 days prior to arrival.
- Group booking requires a deposit of $100.00 per person with final balance payable 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 60-45 days prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a refund less a fee of $100.00 per person for booking charges.
- Cancellation 45-30 days prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a refund of 50% of full payment.
- Cancellation 30 days and less prior to date of arrival will receive no refund.
- No refund will be granted for unused portion of package.
